“Owning up to your vulnerabilities is a form of strength. It’s not what I do for my clients, it’s about who I am to them whilst they journey through further understanding of themselves.”— Hailey Spring, Lead Therapist
Therapy is not solely sought out when people are in crisis, there are a variety of other reasons such as feeling stuck or general unhappiness. Sometimes we are presented with events where life can become difficult and we can feel that we aren’t coping.
In our everyday lives we have conversations, with family, friends and colleagues, but do you feel listened to? Heard? Truly understood? There are a variety of benefits to talking therapy, one of which being a confidential, non-judgemental space where your thoughts & feelings can be explored.
“May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears”
It’s within an introductory phone call where we can gain an understanding of what you hope to achieve from therapy. More importantly, it’s an opportunity for you to see if you are comfortable & ask any questions you may have about my approach.
It’s important to understand that therapy is a very personal & individual choice as to begin therapy. After the initial assessment, a regular weekly time slot will be agreed at a time that is convenient for all involved. Your first appointment with us will last about one hour and will provide an opportunity to discuss your personal hopes in therapy.
