With skilled practitioners, we are able to assist people through life’s regular ups & downs towards better mental wellness. By offering a safe space we can help you learn about what you’re feeling, why you might be feeling it, how to cope & implement change. Whether you are considering therapy for the first time or have had some form of counselling before, therapy is a process, a journey to better wellbeing. As individuals our reasons for approaching therapy differ, so at Withself we are able to work with you, long term or short term, for a period that suits your needs. As trained integrative therapists, we are flexible in our approach as we focus on the individual.

Finding the right counsellor can sometimes feel like dating, its usually at the ‘first date’ you can see if this is something that could work for you moving forward. At Withself your initial assessment is where we can gain an understanding of what you hope to achieve from therapy. More importantly, its an opportunity for you to see if you are comfortable with your therapist & ask any questions you may have about their approach.

WithSelf has an integrative approach to counselling, tailored to you. It may include aspects of CBT, Solution Focused, Person Centred and Psychodynamic approaches. To ensure you feel comfortable, safe, respected & heard, the working relationship with your counsellor is held at the core of the therapeutic process.
